Getting here

The museum is located on the island of Djurgården in Stockholm. It is easily accessible by tram or ferry. 

Parking

Parking is limited and public transport or walking is adviceable. For visitors with a special permit, there are a few spaces in front of the museum entrance.

Vrak is for everyone. The museum's exhibitions are accessible by wheelchair and we offer different kinds of support for our guests.

At the museum

Food and drink

Vrak's Café & Bar is open daily, we serve hot food, drinks and pastries. Due to limited space there is no area for eating a packed lunch.

Guided Tours

The museum offers daily tours in English and Swedish, the price is included in thte ticket. 

Audio guide

Explore Vrak - Museum of Wrecks via our audioguide, included in the ticket. You listen on you own device, so bring headphones. 

Lockers for smaller items are available, but due to lack of storage facilities we are unable to store larger bags and similar.

Toilets

There are toilets on both floors in the museum. Two of them are equipped with changing tables.

For children and families

Guests can bring pushchairs/strollers. If the museum is very crowded, we recommend that you park your pushchair in the designated location right outside the museum.

Important information

Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the museum. Service animals are welcome.

Photography and filming

Taking photos and filming in the museum is allowed for private use only.
