Join our guides who will show the museum and current exhibitions such as Vikings Before Vikings, about the very earliest Vikings and the exciting finds made during excavations in Estonia.

Become a maritme archeaologist

🕙 10:00–16:00

Try diving in virtual reality, try on diving equipment and experience what it feels like to explore a wreck. After completing the VR dive, you will receive your very own VR diving certificate.

Hunt for wrecks

Discober the museum in a fun activity for the whole family. When you are finished, a small reward awaits.

Festive music welcomes you as soon as you enter the entrance and sets the tone for today's celebration.

Meet Vrak's maritime archaeologists and discover how a real archaeological dive is done. Take a closer look at the diving equipment and ask all your questions about life below the surface.

Visit the Escape training tank house

In the 1930s, the Navy built the Escape training tank house as a diving laboratory and a training ground for submarine crews. Today it can be likened to a cabinet of curiosities with a lot of cool diving stuff! The house is located close to Vrak at Djurgården.

We offer a quick guided tour in English of the Escape training tank house at: 12.00, 14.00 and 16.00

Become a diver for a day!

Take a picture at our photo wall and try out a Vrak tattoo or take a tattoo sticker home.

In the evening

As the evening progresses, the celebration continues with diving film screenings at the film dome in the museum. Sit back and be inspired by spectacular underwater environments before continuing to discover the museum's exhibitions. (Subject to possible program changes.)

The museum is open until 22.00 and the last introductory screening begins at 21.00.
